Gourmet bell Jean Suplice – 2021

Gourmet bell originally intended for chef Jean Sulpice’s signature dish, the Arctic char. The piece was inspired by the rocky bottom of Lake Annecy, in tribute to the natural environment of this emblematic fish.


Today, these pieces accompany the chef’s gastronomic creations at his lakeside establishment, the Auberge du Père Bise.
