Two centuries ago, Antonin Carême revolutionized the art of the table by writing:
“The Fine Arts are five in number: painting, sculpture, poetry, music, and architecture — whose main branch is pastry.”

We now live in an era of aestheticized plates and culinary design. Chefs strive to bring together table and tableau, cooking ranges and symphonies of flavor.
Leaving Freud at the door, the Intercontinental here summons, just for you, those whom everyone dreams of at least once… the gourmandes.
